- There are lots of kinds of Agile and they can’t all be lumped together when assessing or criticising
- Agile is about “collaborating with the business”, not “letting them drive you insane” by constantly changing requirements
- He highlights Agile Requirements Management techniques that help Agile practitioners to guide the team towards manageable increments for each release
It’s a good read for those who say ‘yay’, ‘nay’ or are still abstaining from the Agile debate.
